Family-run business with 30 years of tradition.
Modima d.o.o. family company Sežana was founded in 1992 with the aim of buying fresh forest mushrooms in Slovenia and selling them wholesale on the domestic and EU markets. Throughout its history, the company has expanded its sales to include various frozen products for the catering sector, and more recently has focused its activities on the development of retail products for retail chains.
In December 2019, the company moved into a new warehouse and production facility in Sežana, where it is actively equipping production with the latest equipment in the food industry. At the same time, the company is obtaining the highest quality certifications to successfully penetrate and satisfy the highest standards of existing and future customers.
Our products appear on the shelves of restaurants and retail chains as verified and certified products. We use the most modern equipment in the food industry to process our food. This is the only way we can satisfy our existing and future customers and deliver sustainable, quality products.
